Overview
This Policy explains how Solace processes information when you use the website, create an account, play on the server, make a payment or contact support.
1. Contact
Solace administers the project and the information described in this Policy.
For privacy questions or requests, contact:
Emailsupport@solacege.com2. Information We Process
Account information
We may process your account ID, email address, authentication and recovery information, account status and relevant account timestamps.
Game information
We may process characters, Family Name, progression, balances, purchases, restrictions and other records needed to operate the game and account services.
Technical and security information
We may process IP addresses, session identifiers, login attempts, security events, rate-limit records, browser or device information and server logs.
The Solace security component may submit hardware and system identifiers. Identifying serial values are converted to keyed one-way hashes before permanent storage. Device model information and IP addresses may be stored in readable form. This information is used for security, abuse investigation and ban-evasion prevention.
Payment information
We may store order and payment IDs, account ID, package, amount, currency, payment status, receipt information, payer name or email supplied by PayPal or Stripe, and provider references or notification payloads supplied by PayPal, Stripe or NOWPayments. Stripe records may include the payment method used (for example the card brand and the last four digits of the card number) and Stripe's payment identifiers. NOWPayments records may include cryptocurrency payment, address and blockchain transaction details.
Solace does not receive or store full card details, CVV codes, online-banking credentials, cryptocurrency private keys or wallet seed phrases.
Support information
We process the email, message content and attachments you send when contacting support.

4. Third-Party Services

These providers operate under their own privacy policies. Discord, Facebook and other external websites also apply their own policies when you follow a link away from Solace.
5. Retention
Retention periods depend on the type of record and why it is needed.
Account and game records may remain while an account exists. Payment evidence, transaction records, security logs and abuse-prevention records may be retained for longer where needed to investigate disputes, maintain financial records, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.
Deletion may be limited where information remains necessary for security, payment disputes or a legal obligation.
6. Security
The Solace website uses encrypted connections, restricted administrative and database access, session protections and one-way hashing for recovery and identifying hardware values.
No online service can guarantee complete security. Use a unique password and never share your credentials.
7. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or request a portable copy where applicable.
Send requests to support@solacege.com. We may request reasonable information to confirm that you control the relevant account.
8. Changes
This Policy may be updated when the Services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published here.
