1. About Solace

These Terms govern your use of the Solace website, account services, game server and related features.

Solace is an unofficial fan-operated project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IMC Games or any official Granado Espada publisher. Granado Espada and all related trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners.

By creating an account, using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Use a unique password and do not share it with other people.

Contact support@solacege.com promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of the Services. Purchases may only be made by an adult or with the payment method owner's permission.

3. Fair Play

The following are prohibited:

• Cheats, bots and unauthorized automation
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
• Attacking, disrupting or attempting to bypass the security of the Services
• Fraud, payment abuse or unauthorized real-money trading
• Scamming, impersonation, harassment or abusive conduct
• Any unlawful activity

Serious or repeated violations may result in restrictions, suspension or permanent account closure.

4. ICoin and Virtual Items

ICoin and virtual items are digital features available only within Solace. They are not money, cryptocurrency or stored value, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

A purchase gives you a limited personal right to use the credited ICoin within the Services. It does not transfer ownership of the game, its content or any third-party intellectual property.

Solace may correct balances affected by technical errors, duplicate credits, fraudulent activity, reversed payments, chargebacks or abuse.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through PayPal, Stripe (card payments including Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). The price, currency and amount of ICoin are displayed before payment.

ICoin is credited after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Payment-provider checks, blockchain confirmation times and network conditions may delay delivery.

Completed purchases are subject to the Refund Policy. Solace does not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Service Availability and Changes

Solace may update, balance, replace or discontinue game content, rates, features, rewards and virtual-economy systems.

Maintenance, security incidents, hosting problems or emergency repairs may temporarily interrupt the Services. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Suspension and Termination

Solace may restrict or terminate access following cheating, fraud, payment abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct or a serious or repeated violation of these Terms.

Account suspension or closure resulting from a rule violation does not create a refund entitlement, except where required by applicable law.

8. Liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Solace does not guarantee permanent availability of particular content, characters, rankings, items or features. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated for legal, security, technical or operational reasons. The current version and effective date will always be published on this page.
